TIXEL is a non-invasive resurfacing technology that transfers thermal energy to the skin using a titanium tip. Unlike lasers and radiofrequency devices, no light, needles, or radiation are used. The outermost layer of the skin remains intact throughout treatment, which is what makes recovery faster and more comfortable than more aggressive resurfacing approaches.
It is safe to use on all skin types, including skin with melasma and acne-prone skin. Treatments are as quick as 15 to 30 minutes and are well-tolerated, often with minimal to no topical numbing required.

How TIXEL Works
TIXEL uses a heated titanium tip to transfer controlled thermal energy to the skin in a precise, fractional pattern. The heat creates micro-channels in the skin that trigger the body's natural wound-healing response, stimulating collagen production and skin remodeling over time.
Because the stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin, remains intact, the skin heals quickly and with significantly less discomfort and visible recovery than ablative approaches. There is no oozing or bleeding, and patients can apply sunscreen and makeup just 24 hours post-treatment.
